Following the success of Net Affinity's 2024 Revenue Summit, we are excited to announce that we will be hosting another Revenue Summit this coming February. Confirmed for Tuesday the 11th of February 2025, next year's event will be held at the beautiful Castleknock Hotel in Dublin. With a jam-packed agenda and both speakers and panelists confirmed, the event poses to be a day not to be missed!

Exclusively for hoteliers, the Revenue Summit provides delegates with a day of expert insight and networking opportunities.

William Cotter

Founder & Managing Director, Net Affinity

Founder & CEO of Net Affinity Limited, a travel technology company, providing SaaS-based technology solutions for independent and group hotels across Europe. With a keen interest in travel tech, William has played a crucial role in the development of Net Affinity's own sophisticated client-centric SaaS products and is particularly interested in how this breed of technology will continue to influence where the hotel technology space goes in the future to meet the needs of the ever-evolving consumer.

Caroline Morrone

General Manager, Horwood House Hotel

Over 34 years hospitality experience including 30 years in hotels in the UK, Caroline has worked for medium and large corporate groups and is now working for independent hotel Horwood House Hotel. Caroline's experience has included successfully repositioning a number of hotels in Surrey and worked through every department, giving her a unique insight into developing each department, with a particular focus on sales. "Every individual has a commercial responsibility, whether they are front or back of house" she states. Caroline also encourages curiosity, so that her staff and the business can evolve ensuring they are the best they can be.

Vanessa Davis

Director of Revenue, Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate

A graduate of Hotel Management from ATU Galway, Vanessa has held a number of key management positions within the hospitality industry. Vanessa joined the team at Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Estate initially as Revenue Manager in 2022, and has recently been promoted to Director of Revenue. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all revenue aspects related to the hotel's rooms and lodges, as well as managing the reservations team and the Meetings & Events (M&E) revenue along with the M&E sales team. Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Estate, a 5-star luxury property in Galway, offers a unique blend of elegance and historical charm, notably featuring the Pullman restaurant housed in two former Orient Express carriages, providing guests with an exquisite fine dining experience. Since Vanessa joined Glenlo Abbey, the hotel has experienced substantial enhancements, including the addition of 21 new guest rooms and 11 luxury self-catering lodges. This expansion not only diversifies the accommodation offerings but also allows for adaptability in the selling strategy, being able to offer the 11 lodges as 29 individual bedrooms, and effectively increasing the total room stock to 102.

Sharon Dunne

Revenue Manager, Bishop's Gate Hotel

Sharon Dunne has worked as a senior management professional in the hotel industry for over 25 years across Ireland. She started her career with Great Southern Hotels, moving to Derry in 2004 with Interstate Hotels and Resorts and has worked with Bishop’s Gate Hotel since opening in 2016. Sharon has specialised in revenue management and distribution over the past 15 years, with a keen analytical mind and a data-driven approach she has a strong background in optimising pricing strategies, maximising profitability, and driving overall revenue growth for the hotel.
