Following the success of Net Affinity's 2024 Revenue Summit, we are excited to announce that we will be hosting another Revenue Summit this coming February. Confirmed for Tuesday the 11th of February 2025, next year's event will be held at the beautiful Castleknock Hotel in Dublin. With a jam-packed agenda and both speakers and panelists confirmed, the event poses to be a day not to be missed!

Exclusively for hoteliers, the Revenue Summit provides delegates with a day of expert insight and networking opportunities.

William Cotter

Founder & Managing Director, Net Affinity

Founder & CEO of Net Affinity Limited, a travel technology company, providing SaaS-based technology solutions for independent and group hotels across Europe. With a keen interest in travel tech, William has played a crucial role in the development of Net Affinity's own sophisticated client-centric SaaS products and is particularly interested in how this breed of technology will continue to influence where the hotel technology space goes in the future to meet the needs of the ever-evolving consumer.

Caroline Morrone

General Manager, Horwood House Hotel

Over 34 years hospitality experience including 30 years in hotels in the UK, Caroline has worked for medium and large corporate groups and is now working for independent hotel Horwood House Hotel. Caroline's experience has included successfully repositioning a number of hotels in Surrey and worked through every department, giving her a unique insight into developing each department, with a particular focus on sales. "Every individual has a commercial responsibility, whether they are front or back of house" she states. Caroline also encourages curiosity, so that her staff and the business can evolve ensuring they are the best they can be.

Vanessa Davis

Director of Revenue, Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate

A graduate of Hotel Management from ATU Galway, Vanessa has held a number of key management positions within the hospitality industry. Vanessa joined the team at Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Estate initially as Revenue Manager in 2022, and has recently been promoted to Director of Revenue. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all revenue aspects related to the hotel's rooms and lodges, as well as managing the reservations team and the Meetings & Events (M&E) revenue along with the M&E sales team. Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Estate, a 5-star luxury property in Galway, offers a unique blend of elegance and historical charm, notably featuring the Pullman restaurant housed in two former Orient Express carriages, providing guests with an exquisite fine dining experience. Since Vanessa joined Glenlo Abbey, the hotel has experienced substantial enhancements, including the addition of 21 new guest rooms and 11 luxury self-catering lodges. This expansion not only diversifies the accommodation offerings but also allows for adaptability in the selling strategy, being able to offer the 11 lodges as 29 individual bedrooms, and effectively increasing the total room stock to 102.

Sharon Dunne

Revenue Manager, Bishop's Gate Hotel

Sharon Dunne has worked as a senior management professional in the hotel industry for over 25 years across Ireland. She started her career with Great Southern Hotels, moving to Derry in 2004 with Interstate Hotels and Resorts and has worked with Bishop’s Gate Hotel since opening in 2016. Sharon has specialised in revenue management and distribution over the past 15 years, with a keen analytical mind and a data-driven approach she has a strong background in optimising pricing strategies, maximising profitability, and driving overall revenue growth for the hotel.

Janet Moore

Director/General Manager, Mespil Hotel

Janet has been working with the Lee Hotel Group since 2001 and has grown her career in the Mespil Hotel working in various roles such as Assistant Manager, Front Office Manager and a promotion to Deputy General Manager in 2006. In 2018 Janet was appointed General Manager of the hotel and subsequently Director in late 2022. Janet has been working in the industry since a young age and her passion for hospitality is her driving force. She sees the industry as social, energetic and diverse with people at the forefront, in particular her team and guests. Janet is committed to her role with the company and will continue to grow her career, her involvement in the hospitality industry and its national organisations.

Nicky Logue

General Manager, InterContinental Dublin

Nicky Logue has been General Manager of the 5-star InterContinental Dublin for the past 8 years. This is part of the MHL Collection who are Irelands second largest hotel group with 13 hotels. Prior to this he was General Manger of the 252-bedroom Gibson Hotel in the Point Village and before this General Manager and Director of Killiney Castle Hotel for 11 years. A graduate of the Shannon College of Hotel Management, Nicky has also worked in the UK for 10 years, Switzerland and a stint in Moscow for Aer Rianta. He was awarded GM of the Year by the Irish Hospitality Institute in 2006 and has held the position of President of the IHI for 2 years from 2013 to 2015 and is a Fellow of the Institute. Nicky has been an active member of the Irish Hotels Federation for the past 20 years. He was also an investor and Board member of Bitbuzz the Wi-Fi company that successfully sold out to Virgin Media.

Réamonn Mc Donnell

Director of Sales & Marketing, Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort

Réamonn started his career in hospitality at Kilkea Castle, serving in multiple S&M roles before advancing to the position of assistant Director of Sales & Marketing. In 2023 Réamonn took up the role of Director of Sales & Marketing at Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort, driving the repositioning strategy for the newly refurbished four-star luxury resort, successfully marketing the diversification of the resort’s business mix which as seen Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort flourish as a premier hospitality destination.

Aidan O'Sullivan

General Manager, Kilkea Castle

Aidan has been the General Manager of Kilkea Castle since 2017 and a Director since 2022. A graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management, Aidan got his appetite for the hospitality industry at a young age from watching his grandfather and uncle who ran several well-known and busy Dublin pubs. He began his own career at Castleknock Hotel working across all areas of Food and Beverage and housekeeping. Aidan enjoyed a trainee programme in Brussels before returning to Castleknock in F&B management and progressing to senior F&B management roles in Luttrellstown Castle and Director of food and beverage in Powerscourt Hotel. In 2017, he took on the challenge of reopening Kilkea Castle, with full responsibility for overseeing its renovation, rebranding, and rebuilding into a luxury wedding and events destination. Aidan is also the Chair of the Midlands Branch of the Irish Hotel Federation, where he advocates for the growth and development of Ireland’s hospitality industry.

Frank Zimmermann

Founder & Senior Developer, SmartHOTEL

Founder & Senior Developer of SmartHOTEL, a travel technology company, providing SaaS-based technology solutions for hotels across the globe. With a strong focus on software development and architecture, Frank played a pivotal role in the creation of the current SmartHOTEL cloud-based product suite consisting of Channel Management, PMS integrations, Booking Engine and Embedded Payments. In his free time, you may find him on a golf course eagerly trying, but hardly ever managing, to shoot low rounds.

John Burke

CEO, Armada

John Burke is CEO of Armada, which comprises Armada Hotel, House and Farm, a growing and ambitious business on the West Coast of Clare. This business was the first hotel to achieve the internationally recognised B Corp status in Ireland and is now part of a global community of businesses that are collectively working to develop a better way of doing business, achieving a high standard of social, environmental performance, transparency and accountability. John studied Hotel Management in the Shannon College before taking on the family business at age 21. The Armada employs 230 people in high season and has a year round work force of 190. John also has partnerships in other tourism interests in Co Clare also, including the Fiddle + Bow collection. For a personal pursuits and to unwind from work John is a passionate outdoor enthusiast.

Gemma Hynes

Client Services Director, Net Affinity

Gemma is the Client Services Director at Net Affinity. With almost 20 years in the hospitality industry, including over a decade with Net Affinity, Gemma has extensive expertise in revenue management, marketing, and sales, developed through roles with major brands like Sheraton and IHG as well as with smaller, independent properties, equipping her with a deep understanding of the unique needs of hotels of all sizes. Passionate about maximizing Net Affinity's clients' direct booking potential, Gemma is dedicated to helping hoteliers achieve sustainable growth and profitability through innovative technology and tailored solutions.

Maeve Walls

Ecommerce Services Manager, Net Affinity

Maeve is a solution focused, efficient and conscientious Ecommerce Services Manager with extensive revenue strategy, digital marketing experience and industry knowledge. Maeve is currently managing the high-performance Ecommerce Team within Net Affinity, who's remit is to help clients grow revenue with increased direct bookings on their hotel websites.

Sharon Power Cowley

Sales Director, Net Affinity

Sharon is a proud graduate of the Shannon College of Hotel Management. She trained in Switzerland before taking on various management roles within the hotel industry across Europe. Sharon has spent the last 14 years as Sales Director working with Net Affinity Limited and has helped grow the company and build the Net Affinity brand into the market leading booking engine provider that it now is.
